| How do I configure my Outlook mail client? |

- Open "My Computer"
- Double Click "Control Panel"

- Double Click "Mail"
|
| |

| |
- Click "Show Profiles"
|
| |
 |
| |
- Click "Add"
|
| |
 |
| |
- Select "Internet Email"
- Click "Next"
|
| |
 |
| |
- Type "Yourname" where specified.
- Click "Next"
|

- Click "Setup Mail Account"
|
| |
 |
| |
- Type in "yourdomain.com" where specified.
- Type "yourrealname" where specifed.
- Type "youremailaddress" in the format of you@yourdomain.com where specified.
- Type "yourreplyaddress" where specified.
- Click "Servers" Tab.

- Type in "mail.yourdomain.com" for Outgoing SMTP mail. (ie. if your domain is testing.com, your SMTP mail server would be mail.testing.com)
- Type "mail.yourdomain.com" for POP3 mail. (ie. if your domain is testing.com, your POP3 mail server would be mail.testing.com)
- Type "youremailaccountname" in the format of you@yourdomain.com where specified. (ie. if your domain is testing.com and you created an email account called kevin, then your account name would be kevin@testing.com)
- Type "yourpassword" where specified.
- Click "Connection" Tab.

- Select the appropriate connection type. (ie. LAN if you are already connected to the Internet)
- Click "Advanced" Tab

- Type "25" in SMTP.
- Type "110" in POP3.
- Set Server Timeout to "1minute"
- Click "OK"

- Click "Next"

- Click "Next"
|

- Click "Next"

- Click "Next"
|
| |

| |
- Click "Finish"
|

- From the drop-down box under "When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile:" Select "yourdomainname.com"
- Click "OK"

| Now restart Outlook and collect your mail... |
